We spent our first Valentine's Day at one of our favorite places: White Rock Lake. Anthony brought the picnic goodies and we chatted for hours before heading to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Bike riding is a hobby we don't do as much as we should together. But when we do, it's always so fun and refreshing. Our favorite place to ride is at Oak Point Park.

Cheesing at Courtney and Daniel's wedding just 7 short years ago. We had such a lovely time on one of their biggest days.

Our day trip to Seattle when we were staying in Portland with Elena and Daniel! We loved spending time with them, visiting a waterfall and exploring the city of Portland. We also made a quick pit stop to visit Kristen's cousin, Amal and her daughters, Yasmeen and Liyana (Sami wasn't born yet!).

2020 was quite the year. We walked outside a lot and just enjoyed each other's company. This was taken during family photos in Kristen's parents' neighborhood park.

We had to venture out into the snow AND it was -12 degrees Fahrenheit. Brrr! The cats looked so cute and cozy, snuggled up at home.

Celebrating Kristen's birthday in Hawaii. We traversed volcanoes, visited a not-so-sandy beach, and spent some quality time with Anthony's parents and friends.

Remember that White Rock Lake date a month into dating? Well, we returned for the proposal. It was a beautiful autumn day full of love and joy.
